 Project Management  Strategic Planning
Leveraging MS SharePoint and industry standard database technologies, we provide client teams with a full set of pre-configured Project Management tools (e.g., work plans, document sharing, issues logs, calendars, status reports, etc.) and overlay our corresponding support services to build, manage and guide teams through their strategic technology deployments and process improvement initiatives. Guide clients through the IT strategic planning process, considering proven technologies and associated processes which map with business goals and objectives.   Our rapid and practical strategic planning tools and services include:  current systems and needs assessment, project definition/prioritization and corresponding “future  state” definition, project profiles and action plan development
 Process Improvement  Pre-Implementation Support
Leveraging proven LEAN process improvement tools and techniques, we work with client teams to define/document current processes, identify and simplify non-value added tasks, and define the “future state”.  Working with cross-functional teams, we identify gaps (e.g., technology, process, people, skills) and develop practical action steps to achieve our desired future state. We prepare an organization for an implementation effort by organizing the project teams (steering committee, PMO, Core, Technology & End-user SME), selecting and establishing project management and communication tools, sizing and acquiring hardware, conducting core team orientation and application training, and developing the subsequent design, configuration and roll-out work plans.
 Tool Selection  Implementation Support
Assist client team’s through all aspects of the software evaluation and selection process – needs assessment, requirements definition/prioritization, request for proposal development, demonstration script design, demonstration facilitation and contract negotiations Assemble the full complement of implementation teams and/or provide advisory support addressing application design, configuration, data governance, training, and go-live support.
 Health Check  Upgrades
Conduct rapid reviews of current processes, installations, teams and/or systems through focus group meetings, one-on-one interviews, best practice diagnostics, and issues/gaps/challenges analysis.  Outcomes include “report card” summaries of observations, issues, risks, opportunities, and recommended action steps Assist clients through the current system/process  assessment and upgrade planning effort – reviewing current tool usage,  identify new software offerings and future goal delta, assemble upgrade migration plan(s) and direct upgrade activities.
 Training  Subject Matter Expert (SME) Support & Staff Augmentation
 Provide a wide array of tailored team and individual  training programs covering project management, technical set-up through software application and procedural training. Provide functional and technical resources to support,  augment and advise  client teams – process/system configuration, diagnostic support, system setup/tuning, go-live and position back-fill needs.
